I loved this recipe! I added chocolate chips to half of the batter and both kinds were winners. Like Ringy, I had to add about a ¼ cup more milk to thin out the batter a bit. Even then, these were super puffy.

Served with maple syrup and bacon? Yes please!

Seriously, I'll make these again this month. No question. Next time, I'm going to add some orange blossom water to the maple syrup and some orange zest to the pancake batter.
